POSITION - Field Manager for Business Development

About GENERAL DIAGNOSTICS INTERNATIONAL (P) LTD.
GD is a Medical Technology company with headquarters and key laboratory operations in Navi Mumbai and labs
across NCR - Uttar Pradedh, Bihar, Bengal and Maharashtra. Since its inception in 2008 by management graduates

sophisticated diagnostics services through franchise partners across 70+ cities in India and also has its equity held

300 technicians, doctors and researchers and a network of over 10,000 franchise partners.
Designation: Executive - Business Development (Field Sales)
Desired Profile
- Education : Graduate
- Experience : Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in field sales
- Preferred : Medical Representative / Diagnostics sales / Any sale
Job Responsibilities:

- Identify prospective franchisee partners (small laboratories, collection centers, clinics/ mid
- size hospitals)) who will sell the diagnostics services of GD.
- Explain the services and policies of GD franchisee and convince a client to become a franchise
partner of GD.
- Visit the potential clients at pre-designated time as per a daily call list.
- Meet the Franchise Partners who have become inactive; understand the concerns and
coordinate with the head-office to get them resolved.
- Serve as the link between Lab, clinics, hospital and GD Lab with respect to service
delivery.

Compensation: Shall depend on years of relevant experience and personality
assessment but, will be one of the most significant in this industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
