Job Description:Field Sales Representative - KOLKATACompany Overview:Tibrewala Electronics Ltd, established in 1985, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality electronic capacitors under the brand name TIBCON Capacitors . With 40 years of industry expertise, the company is renowned for its innovation, reliability, and commitment to excellence.Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell capacitors and electrical goods in the assigned territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, panel builders, and industrial buyers.Generate orders, achieve monthly sales targets, and ensure timely collections.Conduct regular field visits to expand customer base and strengthen market presence.Ensure product placement, visibility, and availability across retail and trade outlets.Implement promotional activities, trade schemes, and marketing initiatives effectively.Provide technical product demonstrations and support to clients when required.Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and new technologies in the capacitor segment.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.Identify and develop new business opportunities in Calcutta and surrounding industrial hubs.Candidate Profile:Graduate in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in the electrical goods industry (capacitors, cables, switches, motors, lighting, or allied products).Strong dealer, distributor, and industrial client handling experience.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively within Calcutta and nearby areas.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performanceTravel allowance and reimbursements.Product and technical training in capacitors and electrical solutions.Career growth and professional development opportunities.Comprehensive employee benefits.
