**Roles**:
1. **Media Coordination**: Act as the primary contact for media inquiries, facilitating interviews, and managing press coverage related to the college.

2. **Content Creation**: Develop and produce press releases, articles, and other materials to highlight college achievements, events, and initiatives.

3. **Community Engagement**: Foster positive relationships with local communities, alumni, and relevant stakeholders to enhance the college's public image.

4. **Event Promotion**: Plan and promote college events, including open houses, conferences, and academic achievements, to attract positive attention.

5. **Social Media Management**: Oversee the college's social media presence, creating engaging content and responding to inquiries to maintain a positive online reputation.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Student and Alumni Relations**: Engage with students and alumni to share success stories and achievements, contributing to a sense of community.

2. **Internal Communication**: Facilitate effective communication within the college, ensuring consistent messaging among faculty, staff, and students.

3. **Crisis Communication**: Manage and respond to potential PR crises swiftly, working to maintain the college's reputation.

4. **Collaboration with Departments**: Collaborate with academic departments, admissions, and other units to align PR efforts with the college's overall objectives.

5. **Brand Management**: Uphold and promote the college brand, ensuring consistency in visual and messaging elements across all communication channels.

6. **Public Speaking**: Represent the college at public events, conferences, and community gatherings to enhance visibility and reputation.

7. **Market Research**: Stay informed about educational trends, competitor activities, and public perceptions to inform PR strategies.

8. **Reports and Analysis**: Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of PR campaigns, using analytics to measure impact and adjust strategies as needed.

**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
