About the Internship:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month
remote internship. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who want to gain real-world HR
experience in a flexible, work-from-home environment. The role will provide hands-on
training and exposure to various aspects of human resources.
While this is an unpaid internship, interns will receive valuable guidance, practical HR
knowledge, and a certificate of completion.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
· Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews.
· Draft and post job descriptions on different job portals and social media.
· Support onboarding and documentation of new hires.
· Maintain and update HR databases and spreadsheets.
· Assist in creating HR policies, forms, and templates.
· Participate in employee engagement and feedback initiatives.
· Help with day-to-day HR tasks and online administrative duties.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Basic knowledge of HR functions.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
· Familiarity with MS Office and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
· Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop/PC.
· Flexible Working Hours (Minimum commitment of 8 hours per day)
