Psychologist

The Community Health Division of Bangalore Baptist Hospital is the implementing agency for the District Disability Rehabilitation Centre (DDRC) and Public Health Projects in situated in the Bangalore Rural District.

Required Qualifications:

- **MSc in Psychology from a reputed university**:

- Proficiency in **reading and writing Kannada language**:

- **At least 3-4 years of work experience in an NGO or related sector/field**

Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

- Community-Based Mental Health Management
- Early Intervention and Rehabilitation for Special Children
- Therapy for Children with Learning Disabilities in Schools
- Assessing Clients' Behavior and Needs Through Observation, Interviews, and Psychometric Tests
- Using IQ Inventories Such as BKT, BATIA, and the Seguin Form Board
- Screening for Developmental Disorders and Delays, and Planning Interventions
- Conducting Field and Home Visits
- Organizing Awareness and Training Programs
- Reporting and Documentation

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
