**Corporate Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist**

As a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and securing top-tier tech talent for our organization. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring we have the skilled and dedicated teams needed to drive our technology initiatives and maintain our competitive edge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively source, identify, and engage talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific tech staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team and senior management to align recruitment efforts with the company's goals.
- Assist in developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize recruitment data and analytics to drive decision-making, measure recruitment performance, and optimize processes.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies that may impact recruitment strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter or Inhouse Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with the Fintech industry.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, HRMS, HRIS etc.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A track record of successful tech talent placements and a strong network within the tech community.
- Experience in different job boards such as LinkedIn, local job boards, Free websites, Job groups, NaukriIndia, Indeed etc or similar.

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹2.00 per month
