**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop accurate and detailed 3D facade models and shop drawings in Autodesk Revit, aligned with ARBT’s standards and project requirements.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings to create comprehensive facade system models, including rainscreens, windows, doors, balustrades, and other exterior elements.
- Prepare fabrication and installation drawings, schedules, and material take-offs for various facade systems.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and manufacturing teams to resolve design and detailing issues, ensuring constructability and compliance with Australian and international codes.
- Support the implementation of modular and off-site construction principles in facade detailing.
- Maintain and update Revit families, templates, and libraries for facade systems and proprietary ARBT products.
- Document all changes, maintain version control, and ensure quality and accuracy in all deliverables.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input for design optimization and value engineering.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in facade technology, BIM, and prefabricated construction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in façade detailing using Autodesk Revit (experience with modular/off-site construction is a plus).
- Strong understanding of facade systems, rainscreen solutions, and prefabricated building components.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards (Australian codes preferred).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
