**Job responsibilities**
- Should have passion and good experience in creation, preparation, coordination of architectural design, construction drawings and specifications on Architectural + Interior projects.
- Evolve design concepts through phases from schematic ideas into Construction Documents utilizing Revit 3D BIM modelling with high accuracy, precision & efficiency
- Develop architectural plans, sections, elevations & details in organized submissions for owner/contractor/consultant deliverables.
- Contribute/Assist leadership with firm-wide Revit standards, model management, and technical support to other Revit modellers.
- Collaborate with internal / external team members on project deadlines and workflow milestones.
- Should have strong 3D visualization capabilities.
- Ready to do site visits, supervise site activities & ensure successful project completion
- **Knowledge in Landscape Architecture.**:

- Ready to travel cum Stay as per the project.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch
- Compulsory)
- 0-1 year experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Revit: 1 year (preferred)
