**Job Title**:
**Revit MEP Modeler (Remote - India-based, Supporting ARBT Australia)**
**Location**: Chennai, India
**Reporting To**:Reporting To**: Project Manager, Liverserve Technologies Pvt Ltd.
(Client: ARBT - Australian Robotic Building Technology)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage accurate 3D MEP models in Revit as per project requirements and Australian standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated and clash-free MEP models.
- Prepare detailed MEP drawings, schedules, and documentation for various project stages (concept, design development, construction, as built).
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Implement and adhere to BIM Execution Plans, project standards, and ARBT’s quality protocols.
- Update and maintain model elements, families, and templates as required.
- Participate in remote coordination meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
- Maintain clear documentation of modelling processes and changes.
- Keep up to date with the latest BIM technologies and best practices relevant to the Australian market.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in MEP modeling using Autodesk Revit (experience with Australian projects preferred).
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, and BIM workflows.
- Familiarity with Australian codes, standards, and BIM protocols is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
