**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in MEP construction BIM modeling
- Degree in mechanical engineering
- Excellent English and communication skills is a must
- Confident and strong character
- Highly detail-oriented

**Technical knowledge**
- Experience in plumbing modeling
- Minimum BIM LOD (level of detail): 350. Higher LOD is a bonus
- Must have basic CAD skills
- Knowledge in BIM360 submission and documentation
- Design collaboration in BIM360
- Model coordination & clash checking in Revit and Naviswork. Knowledge in Revizto is a bonus
- Understanding and working as per project BIM execution plan
- Ability to create families
- Ability to handle BIM meetings with consultant and coordination meetings with other disciplines
- Must be familiar with BIM standards (E.g. Uniclass, OmniClass, and COBie, etc.)
