**Job Title: BIM Modeller - Architecture** (Experience: 3 to 6 Years)

**Location**:
Chennai (Office-based)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create accurate 3D architectural models using Revit.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Work on models ranging from **LOD 300 to LOD 500**.
- Prepare drawing sets and construction documentation from BIM models.
- Follow project-specific BIM execution plans and maintain standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Revit Architecture** and **AutoCAD**.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction practices.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows, clash detection, and coordination.
- Exposure to international building codes and standards is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

**Experience**:

- Minimum **3 to 6 years** of experience in architectural BIM modeling.
- Experience with **international projects (US, UK, Middle East)** is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil / related field.
- Autodesk Revit certification preferred.

**Note**:
**Immediate joiners will be preferred.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
