**Job Title**: BIM Modeler - MEP

**Experience**: 3 to 5 Years

**Location**: Chennai (Office-based, No Hybrid/WFH)**Company**: BIM Global Solutions

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed **BIM models** for **MEP, Architectural, or Structural** projects using **Revit and AutoCAD**.
- Collaborate with **engineers, architects, and project managers** to ensure model accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- Perform **clash detection** and coordination using **Navisworks** (if applicable).
- Ensure compliance with **BIM execution plans and industry standards**.
- Work on international projects across various domains like **commercial, residential, metro, and infrastructure**.
- Support project teams in resolving modeling issues and provide technical assistance when needed.

**Skills Required**:
Proficiency in **Revit (MEP/Architecture/Structure) & AutoCAD**
Strong understanding of **BIM workflows and industry standards**
Experience in **clash detection and coordination**
Ability to **read and interpret construction drawings**
Knowledge of **LOD 300 to 500 modeling standards**
Familiarity with **BIM 360** (added advantage)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
