Opening for BIM Modeler.

**Position**: Mechanical BIM Modeler
**Location**: Chennai
**Experience**: 3-10 Years
**Software Proficiency**: Revit MEP (mandatory), Navisworks, AutoCAD

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage **mechanical (HVAC, piping, firefighting)** BIM models using Revit MEP.
- Prepare coordinated models and **shop drawings** as per project requirements.
- Collaborate with electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams to resolve design clashes.
- Perform **clash detection and coordination** using Navisworks.
- Follow **BIM Execution Plans (BEP)** and project-specific standards.
- Work on **international and Indian MEP projects** across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
- Participate in **design review meetings** and support site coordination when required.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in **Mechanical Engineering** or a relevant discipline.
- **3-10 years of experience** in BIM Modeling - Mechanical (HVAC, FF, Plumbing preferred).
- **Proficiency in Revit MEP** is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of **Navisworks, AutoCAD**, and BIM standards (LOD, COBie, etc.).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹24,679.07 - ₹61,818.43 per month
