**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **Revit Structural Modeler** to join our international design and documentation team. This is a technical role focused on preparing detailed and coordinated **Revit structural models and construction documentation** for prefabricated and modular building systems, aligned with **Australian codes, standards, and construction practices**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage detailed **Revit structural models** for modular building projects, including foundations, concrete walls, precast elements, steel framing, and structural connections.
- Produce structural drawings and schedules including plans, sections, details, and assembly layouts compliant with **Australian Standards (AS/NZS)** and **National Construction Code (NCC)**.
- Coordinate with architectural and services teams to ensure accurate integration of structural elements.
- Interpret structural engineering mark-ups and calculations and translate them into accurate construction documentation.
- Assist in clash detection, model coordination, and resolving interface issues with other disciplines.
- Maintain version control and model integrity throughout all project stages using BIM collaboration tools (e.g., Autodesk BIM 360, Revit Work-sharing).
- Implement quality checks to ensure compliance with ARBT’s BIM and documentation standards.
- Support continuous improvement of structural modelling templates, component libraries, and workflows.

**Role Requirements**
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or Drafting with a structural focus.
- 5-7 years of experience in **Revit Structural modelling**, with a portfolio of projects in concrete, steel, or prefab buildings.
- Solid understanding of structural systems and detailing for modular/prefabricated construction.
- Familiarity with **Australian structural standards** (e.g., AS 3600, AS 4100, AS 1170 series) and **NCC compliance** preferred (training can be provided).
- Experience with **prefabricated and modular construction** documentation is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in BIM tools including Revit (Structural), Navisworks, and cloud collaboration platforms.
- Ability to read and understand engineering sketches, markups, and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with Australian design and project teams.
