**Job Type**: Full-Time/

**Salary**: 10000 TO 25000

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Preparation and Distribution**:

- Generate and distribute invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all billing data is complete and accurate before processing.
- **Payment Processing**:

- Record and process incoming payments.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- **Customer Account Management**:

- Maintain up-to-date customer account records.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare regular reports on billing activities and outstanding accounts.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to billing.
- **Communication**:

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- **Documentation and Filing**:

- Maintain organized billing files and records.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of billing information.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of billing procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide suggestions for continuous improvement in the billing process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in a billing or accounting role preferred.
- Familiarity with billing software and accounting systems.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex billing issues.

**Work Environment**:

- Office setting with standard business hours.
- Some overtime may be required during peak billing periods or month-end close.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
