**Job Title: Billing & Backoffice Executive (Female Only)**

**Location**: Kathwada, Ahmedabad

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Preparation**: Generate and issue accurate invoices in line with company policies and customer agreements.
- **Billing Reconciliation**: Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies by coordinating with customers and internal teams.
- **Payment Follow-up**: Track payments, manage outstanding invoices, and assist in collection follow-ups.
- **Documentation & Records**: Maintain organized and up-to-date billing and financial records.
- **E-way Bill Generation**: Prepare and issue E-way bills for dispatches as required.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in daily office operations including data entry, filing, and other documentation tasks.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field
- **Experience**: 0 - 4 years in billing, invoicing, documentation (freshers welcome)
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, formulas, data entry)
- Familiarity with **ERP/accounting software** (preferred)
- E-way bill knowledge is a plus
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Based in or willing to commute to **Kathwada, Ahmedabad**:

- Fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
