Having knowledge of Charge Posting and payment posting (Check/EFT/Patient Experience of minimum 1 year in AR Calling in any US Healthcare KPO (Voice Process). Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and utilize Job Aides to execute the prescribed workflow for team and individual responsibilities. Prioritizing daily tasks and responsibilities to help achieve individual and team goals in an accurate and timely manner. Processing outbound claims with a benchmark of minimum 80-90 claims per day (Denied/Follow-up). Reading chart notes to identify supported coding. - depth knowledge of Insurance Eligibility & Benefit Verification. Collecting and reviewing referrals and Pre-authorizations. Following up on missed payments and resolving billing errors and discrepancies. Handling administrative tasks associated with various EHR/EMR Software. Daily and monthly closes, user administration, clearinghouse issues, etc. Adding ICD-10's and CPTs, adjusting pricing, producing financial reports, etc. Medical Billing with experience using multiple softwares like; ECW software (v11 or above), AdvanceMD, Kareo/Tebra, Practice Fusion, ETC. Ensuring patient medical information is accurate.
