However, the rest of the market is highly fragmented and of variable quality - as a result the majority of Indians don’t have reliable providers of healthcare (like ‘a Maruti’ or ‘a Hyundai’) to trust for their most critical surgeries.

Enter Ayu Health. Ayu has created a curated network of 120+ hospitals in Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad (And expanding fast) at every price-point to give reliable & affordable medical services (consultations and surgeries) to its customers. The founding team of Ayu health are all second-time entrepreneurs. Most of the team from their first venture has joined Ayu health - proof of a positive work culture. The problem space is huge and the Indian patient’s dissatisfaction with the quality of healthcare is well known. We have just raised our series B and are very well-capitalized.
- Responsibilities:_
- Provide personalized care to our patients.
- Coordination between doctors/patients and departments
- Supervision and coordination of billings
- New patients follow up & maintain and follow up daily patients (new and old).
- Maintaining and preparing daily / weekly/monthly reports.
- Strategy and planning for the new patient in flow.
- Cost counseling the patient on treatment advised by doctors.
- Understand patient profile & problem.
- Provide every possible help they need throughout their journey.
- Act as a single point of contact for the patients
- Advise patients about the services they may need through structured discussions. Ensure they understand our value proposition.
- Generate and drive revenue by providing greater awareness and information of our services.
- Create or increase interest in our service offerings.
- Should Travel around 3-4 nearest hospitals.
- Job Requirements:_
- Bachelors required - Medical field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience 1 to 3 years, preferably in healthcare industry
- Open to a start-up environment
- Ability to develop and maintain good public relations.
- Should be fluent in Telugu, English & Hindi.
- Prepared immediate joiner.
- 6 Days working

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
