**Role Overview**

We are hiring **Concierge Staff, Trainee Nurses,Students who would like to work part time and Patient Care Assistants** to assist patients, families, and visitors in hospitals and at home. Your role will include coordinating services, assisting with patient care, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. This position is suitable for individuals who are responsible, approachable, and eager to learn.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist patients with basic care, mobility, and daily activities either in hospital or at home.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor patient comfort and report any concerns to supervisors or medical staff..
- Maintain professional behavior, appearance, and courteous interaction with patients.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum educational qualification (any).
- Age: 20 - 40 years preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polished and professional demeanor.
- Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or patient care is an advantage but not mandatory.
