Life Circle Health Services Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a versatile individual to fulfil the role of a Patient Care Advisor with a focus on Tele Marketing and Operations. This pivotal role is integral to our commitment to providing exceptional home health care services to senior citizens and their families in Hyderabad.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA/MHA/MSW/Nursing/Paramedics
- 1-2 years of relevant experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Convert inquiry calls into business by effectively communicating the benefits of our home health care services.
- Coordinating assessments, health worker interviews, and placements with the Operations team.
- Collaborating with operations to identify suitable health workers for clients.
- Tracking and following up on all leads until resolution and updating relevant databases.
- Meeting and exceeding targets in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of Home Health Care to articulate the best possible options to callers.
- Being persuasive, adept at negotiation, and possessing excellent communication skills.
- Developing strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Keen interest in Business Development.
- Ability to connect with callers/clients effectively.
- Readiness to work under pressure and meet set targets.
- Proficiency in Telugu/English, Hindi (mandatory).

Compensation:

- Fixed Salary: INR 25,000
- Variable: Up to INR 12,000 (based on achievement of set targets)

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
