**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with Tamil-speaking customers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and exceeding their expectations. Foster trust and loyalty through personalized interactions and proactive assistance.
- **Problem Resolution**: Listen attentively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions in a courteous and efficient manner. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further investigation and resolution.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Stay updated on product features, updates, and promotions to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all customer interactions adhere to established quality standards, company policies, and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using CRM software or other tracking systems.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer needs, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing the customer service experience.
- **Tamil Language Documentation**: Assist in translating customer support materials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles into Tamil to facilitate self-service and improve accessibility for Tamil-speaking customers.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, communications, or related field.
- Fluent in Tamil language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Active listening skills and the ability to effectively address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in a multicultural or multilingual customer service environment.
- Familiarity with Tamil-speaking culture, customs, and business etiquette.
- Certification or training in customer service excellence or related areas.
