**About the Role**

Grace Staffing Services is hiring **French Language Experts** for the **Hopper Process (Airline & Hotel Booking)**.
You will handle **voice-based interactions in French**, assisting customers with **bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel-related queries**, ensuring **clear communication, empathy, and timely resolutions**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** with French-speaking customers.
- Assist with **flight and hotel bookings, itinerary modifications, and cancellations**.
- Provide **accurate information** and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain **professionalism, empathy, and service quality**.
- Work effectively in **night shifts** with flexibility for rotational offs.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Education**: HSC or Graduate (any stream).
- **French Proficiency**:DELF B2 certification (mandatory)**.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** in French and English.
- Must be willing to **relocate to Mumbai immediately after selection.**

**Relocation Details**
- **Company-provided flight ticket** for relocation to Mumbai from any part of India.
