With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Client: LTIMINDTREE Job Type: CONTRACT Role: French Language ExpertExperience: 4+ Years Work Location: Mumbai or / PunePayroll on : People Prime World Wide Notice : 0 to 15 daysJob description:Job Description Global L2 Support French Language ExpertPosition Title Global L2 Support French Language ExpertExperience Level Expert 7 YearsLocation Global Department IT Service Delivery Global SupportRole SummaryThe Global L2 French Language Expert will provide endtoend Level 2 technical and language support to international users ensuring accurate translation effective communication and resolution of incidents in the Frenchspeaking regions The candidate must possess strong technical acumen nativelevel fluency in French and excellent English communication skillsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced L2 technical support for global business applications systems and infrastructureTranslate complex technical documentation incident reports and user communication from English to French and vice versaEngage with Frenchspeaking clients to diagnose troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesCollaborate with L3 teams for escalations requiring deep technical interventionEnsure language accuracy and cultural alignment in all French communicationsSupport process documentation and knowledge base creation in both English and FrenchConduct root cause analysis and share technical insights to prevent recurring issuesCoordinate with global support teams to maintain consistency in ticket resolution and service levelsReview translated materials for tone clarity and business appropriatenessParticipate in training sessions audits and crossfunctional improvement initiativesQualificationsBachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related fieldProfessional fluency in French C1C2 level and English mandatory7 years in technical support L2 operations or translation in IT service environmentsStrong analytical and problemsolving skills with ITIL process knowledgeProficiency in using ticketing systems like ServiceNow Remedy or JIRA
