
Customer Sales Advisor

As a **Customer Sales Advisor**, you’ll play a key role in helping customers understand and select products or services that meet their needs. Your primary focus will be providing outstanding service while driving sales. You’ll use your communication and problem-solving skills to build trust and ensure a seamless buying experience for each customer.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, offering expert advice and tailored solutions.
- Guide customers through product features and benefits, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Work with the sales team and management to implement sales strategies and initiatives.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
