**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Coordination and Management**:
Plan and oversee the implementation of outdoor advertising campaigns, including billboard installations, transit ads, and digital signage.

Ensure the accurate and timely deployment of all advertising materials across multiple locations.

Liaise with creative, production, and client servicing teams to meet campaign deadlines.

**Vendor and Resource Management**:
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site managers for installation and maintenance of advertising assets.

Manage inventory of materials, including prints, digital files, and installation equipment.

Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective procurement of services and materials.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with legal regulations, safety standards, and quality guidelines.

Verify that advertising installations are in accordance with client specifications and industry best practices.

**Client and Stakeholder Communication**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign logistics and updates.

Provide regular progress reports and address client concerns promptly.

Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.

**Reporting and Documentation**:
Maintain detailed records of campaign activities, including installation schedules, vendor contracts, and site evaluations.

Generate post-campaign reports to analyze performance and provide insights for improvement.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

**Experience**:
1-3 years of experience in operations, Monitoring or a similar role, preferably within the outdoor advertising or media industry.

**Skills**:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of advertising industry standards and practices.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines of campaigns.

**Preferred Qualities**:
Familiarity with outdoor advertising formats and technologies.

Experience in vendor management and site operations.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
