**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Support:

- Customize travel packages for Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and other destinations as required.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide expert guidance on destinations, travel options, and itineraries.

Operations & Coordination:

- Coordinate with suppliers and other partners to confirm bookings and manage travel operations smoothly.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in travel documentation such as itineraries, and bookings.

Market Research & Product Development:

- Stay updated with current travel trends, promotions, and destination insights to develop competitive packages.

Recommend innovative strategies to enhance sales and profitability.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Support other team members with operational tasks when required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Minimum 3 years of experience in selling travel packages for Asia,Europe, Australia, or New Zealand.
Additional experience with other DMCs will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of destinations, travel routes, and itineraries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in travel booking systems and relevant software.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
