The Operations Executive will support the day-to-day functioning of the Creative Team by managing operational tasks, coordinating administrative processes, and ensuring smooth workflow across all sub-teams. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to maintain efficiency and accuracy in all operations-related activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Freelancer & Vendor Management**
- Check, verify, and process vendor bills for accuracy and approval.

**Expense & Resource Management**
- Manage and record creative team expenses.
- Maintain and monitor stationery inventory.
- Track subscriptions for creative resources such as Shutterstock and Freepik.

**Team Coordination & Administration**
- Update daily attendance on the team group.
- Maintain leave and wellness records for the creative team.

**System & Process Support**
- Address system or software issues faced by the team and coordinate with the Admin Department for resolutions.
- Prepare and organize data, reports, and presentations for weekly meetings and BRMs.
- Organize and maintain an efficient folder structure for easy access and data management.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving and process improvement mindset

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
