**Role**:
As a Customer Relation Management Executive, you will be reporting to the CR manager and assisting with various project processing and administrative duties. Which includes sales and client co-ordination.

**Responsibilities**:
Assisting and coordinating with the clients

Assisting and supporting management.

**Required Competencies**:
HSC/ Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Looking for 2-3 years of sales and customer service experience in (Events & Exhibition, Car showrooms, High ends consumer goods sales).

Good communications skills both English & Hindi.

Excellent organizational skills.

Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.

Good knowledge of CRM platforms.

Aility to work as part of a team.

High-level written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with market research techniques.

Designation: CRM Executive

Location: Rajprabha Udyog Nagar, Golani Naka, Valiv, Vasai (East)

Terms: Full-time employment

**Salary**: 23,000-25,000 CTC

Timing: 9:30am - 7:00pm

Days of working: Monday
- Saturday

Preferred location: Vasai, Nalasopara, Virar & Naigoan.

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
