**Job Summary**:
The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, linguistic proficiency, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate product specifications and value propositions to a diverse clientele.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**:
- Initiate and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.
- **Sales Operations**:
- Collect and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Generate sales orders and coordinate with internal teams for order execution.
- Monitor material delivery schedules and provide clients with regular updates.
- **Technical Consultation**:
- Understand and interpret technical specifications of sheet metal components.
- Assist clients in identifying appropriate parts based on their requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to address custom specifications or modifications.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:
- Prepare and present monthly sales reports, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Familiarity with sheet metal components and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- **Language Proficiency**:
- Fluency in Gujarati, Marwadi, Hindi, English, and Marathi is essential to cater to a diverse client base.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and client servicing.
