We are seeking an experienced Export Marketing Specialist to drive our company's international growth. This role requires expertise in marketing strategies, cultural adaptability, and a background in printing and packaging or excipients sales or API sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing plans to expand our company's international presence.
- Meet and exceed sales target
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand consumer preferences, and evaluate competition in target markets.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events in Africa and GCC countries to represent our company and generate business leads.
- Stay updated on international trade regulations and compliance requirements to ensure marketing activities adhere to legal standards.
- Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategy adjustments.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- International travel required to support business development efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, international business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in export marketing or international business.
- Strong background in printing and packaging or excipients sales or API sales
- Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret market data for informed decision-making.
- Willingness to travel frequently.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Palghar, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
