Senior Accounts Executive

Job Summary The Account Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping invoicing taxation and financial reporting The role ensures compliance with financial regulations supports audits and contributes to efficient financial management within an industrial machinery manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities Accounting Financial Reporting Manage day-to-day accounting transactions AP AR GL Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Maintain accurate books in Tally SAP ERP Perform reconciliations for bank vendor and customer accounts Monitor cash flow manage petty cash and coordinate payments Taxation Statutory Compliance Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns GSTR-1 3B R9 Handle TDS calculation deduction payment and returns Form 26Q 16A Prepare working for Income Tax filings and assist in assessments Comply with statutory audits internal audits and tax audits Stay updated on changes in taxation laws and ensure company compliance Coordinate with consultants and government departments GST IT etc Import Export Documentation Handle complete documentation for Import Export shipments Coordinate with CHA freight forwarders suppliers and banks Prepare and verify documents Invoice Packing List B L CO FIRC Shipping Bill etc Manage Letter of Credit documentation and submission Ensure compliance with DGFT Customs E-way bills and FEMA regulations Apply for export incentives like RoDTEP Duty Drawback and follow up for BRC Maintain documentation for audits and export-import reporting Qualification Skills Education B Com M Com CA Inter MBA Finance Experience Minimum 5-7 years in Accounting Taxation Import Export Software Skills Tally MS Excel ERP systems SAP preferred Knowledge GST TDS Income Tax Customs Procedures DGFT FEMA EXIM documentation Other Skills Strong analytical communication skills Attention to detail deadline-oriented Good coordination with internal and external stakeholders Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Application Question s Current CTC Expected CTC Experience Taxation Compliance 3 years Required Import Export Documentation 2 years Required Accounting 5 years Required Language English Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 05 07 2025
