We're hiring for the below requirements on an immediate basis

Role: Admin Executive

Experience: Min of 2 yrs experience

Location: Palghar (WADA), Maharastra.

Skills required:
Provide support to Purchase / Store / Service department
- In charge of local & overseas purchases
- Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and receiving of goods
- To compare price and negotiate of price
- To prepare and issue of PO and verify supplier invoice for payment
- Follow up on order, monitor back-log to ensure timely deliveries
- To arrange, monitor and co-ordinate both import and export shipment
- To co-ordinate production and store activity
- To maintain proper documentation
- Other admin duties as assigned by management
- Knowledge of Materials Management., Responsible for the Maintenance of maximum & minimum stocks of consumable items
- Receiving the materials supplied by the vendor as per the purchase order Set up an efficient system of storekeeping. Preparation of materials orders, and receiving, inspecting, & storing. To take appropriate action for care & preservation of the materials.
- Periodically stock verification & ensure the correctness of stock at all times. To take safety measures for the safety by storehouse. Maintain the tidiness of the storehouse.
- Generating reports & submitting to concerned dept. authorities.

**Salary**: ₹10,671.87 - ₹25,093.67 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Palghar, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Desktop administration: 2 years (preferred)
