**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handling Client Queries
- Prepare Itineraries, costings, and Proposals
- Prepare Packages
- Deal with Various Suppliers.
- Customer Followups
- Reservations and Bookings
- Generate Servcie Vocuhers
- Payments and Reconciliation with Clients and Suppliers
- Daily Reporting
- Maintain Database and Customer KYC
- Excellent English communication skills. Written & Spoken both.
- Moderate Experience in Operations within the Travel Industry.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Young professionals with good English communication skills
- Mindset of Professional Service
- Accuracy and Attention to detail.
- The hospitality Business demands 24x7 accessibility. Especially in emergency situations.
