A **Travel Advisor** is responsible for assisting clients with planning and booking travel arrangements. Here's a typical job description:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation**:

- Meet with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide information on destinations, accommodations, tours, and activities.
- Offer personalized recommendations based on the client’s interests and goals.

**Itinerary Planning**:

- Design and customize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Ensure itineraries are well-organized, within the client's budget, and meet all their requirements.

**Booking and Reservations**:

- Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and tours.
- Handle travel-related documentation, such as visas, insurance, and tickets.
- Confirm and manage bookings, making adjustments when necessary.

**Customer Support**:

- Provide ongoing support before, during, and after the trip, handling any issues that may arise.
- Assist clients with changes or cancellations in their travel plans.

**Travel Trends and Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on travel industry trends, including popular destinations, new hotels, airlines, and regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers and vendors.

**Sales and Marketing**:

- Promote and sell travel packages, deals, and services.
- Upsell additional services like travel insurance or guided tours.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments.
- Handle invoicing and ensure payments are processed correctly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Travel planning: 2 years (preferred)
- Total Work: 2 years (preferred)
