**About the Client**

Latinum is hiring on behalf of a **leading travel firm based in Pune**, renowned for organizing premium **self-drive motorcycle tours and car road trips** across the globe. Since its inception in 2017, the company has successfully executed **78+ group road trips** in **23 countries** across **four continents**, and currently operates **20+ international road trips annually**.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Full-time position; 6-day workweek
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with prospective and existing clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (performance-based commission structure)
- Attend and represent the company at travel trade shows and industry events
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients when required
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and sales data
- Work in a **hybrid model**: Minimum 2 days from office, remainder remote

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year** of experience in **travel package sales** OR **2+ years** in general sales
- Fluency in **English and Hindi** (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and conversational skills
- Must be **based in Pune**:

- This is a full-time, exclusive employment opportunity - **no dual employment or side business permitted**

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum qualification**:Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)** or above
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
