**Job Profile**:

- Recruiting a team of financial advisors on commission basis.
- Provide them for training regarding the products.
- Identifying the prospective customers.
- Make them aware of the role.
- Handling the advisers to work.
- Motivating them to generate the business.
- Any Graduation.

Communication skills and open market knowledge.
Need min. **2 years’ experience in any sales **and marketing with Experience letter / Reliving letter.
Ability to train and guide the sales team.

**Graduation Must**

Must have **2 year** of experience in Banking, Finance, and Insurance Sales
