**Your role in detail (Customer Support - Voice Process)**
- Identify customers' needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
- Develop customer satisfaction goals
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Inbound & Outbound Call Process

**Whatqualificationscan enhance the chances of shortlisting?**
- Bachelor’s degree in any Specialization
- 0-2 years experience
- Calling experience will be preferred
- Excellent knowledge of basic computer skills with 35 WPM
- Conflict resolution/Time Management skill is must
- Strong multi-tasking skills with Creative thinking
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts and ready to support beyond the shift timings as per the requirement.
