This internship will give you hands-on exposure to customer engagement, problem-solving, and service operations in a fast-paced startup environment. It is an excellent opportunity to build strong communication skills, develop empathy-driven customer handling, and gain real-world experience in client relationship management. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
- Understand, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions, following up to ensure complete resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and solutions.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, processes, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Someone willing to work in the office for 6 months of duration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer issues simultaneously.
- Good to have technical knowledge related to the company’s products/services.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, they will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 15000 fixed + ₹ 10000 variable)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
