**Role Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our team at **SNMR Cloud Services Private Limited**. This on-site, full-time role will require you to identify new business opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and communication.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and prospect new clients through market research and networking.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored **IT solutions** that align with their requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Target based business generation.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong skills in **Sales**, **Marketing**, and **Business Development**.
- Excellent **communication** and **interpersonal** skills.
- Proven ability to understand customer needs and offer effective solutions.
- Experience in **IT solutions sales** is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding **sales targets**.
- Proficiency in delivering **presentations** and negotiating contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration** or a related field is required.

**Additional Requirements**
- Must own a **bike** for work-related tasks.
- Previous experience in sales roles, particularly in the IT sector, is preferred.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- **Salary Range**: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
- **Incentives**: Additional **5% incentives per project** based on successful achievement of targets.
