**Responsibilities**:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Plan & execute lead generation and conversion optimization strategies to drive website traffic, improve engagement & increase sales for our client accounts.

Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, clients & vendors to ensure campaign objectives are met within the allocated budget and timeline.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools & technologies, and implement best practices to improve campaign effectiveness.

Manage our CRM tools, marketing communications, sales & marketing documents.

Create & maintain reports to communicate campaign performance and ROI to key stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a client-centric environment or a service-based company.

Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and technologies, including marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, AdWords & social media management tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving & time-management skills.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
