**Job Opening: Quality Control Executive** **Location**: - Rohad, Bahadurgarh **Department**: - Quality Assurance / Production **Industry**: - Manufacturing / Industrial Goods **Employment Type**: - Full-Time **Role Overview: - ** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control person to oversee and maintain product quality across all stages of production. This role is critical to ensuring that in-process goods, packing operations, and finished products meet defined quality standards and customer Management Systems (QMS) on the shop floor. **Key Responsibilities** **1. In-Process Quality Control**: - Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to quality parameters. - Conduct routine inspections and sampling during manufacturing. - Identify deviations and coordinate corrective actions with production teams. **2. Packing Process Oversight**: - Verify packaging materials and methods comply with specifications. - Ensure labelling, sealing, and presentation meet quality norms. - Prevent mix-ups and contamination during packing. **3. Finished Goods Inspection**: - Conduct final quality checks before dispatch. - Maintain records of batch-wise inspection and release. - Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure compliance. **4. QMS Implementation & Monitoring**: - Enforce SOPs, work instructions, and quality protocols on the shop floor. - Support internal audits and assist in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). - Maintain documentation related to quality checks, non-conformities, and improvements. **5. Education**: Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, or Quality Management. **6. Experience**: 3-5 years in a manufacturing quality control role. **7. Skills**: - Strong understanding of ISO standards and QMS practices. - Familiarity with inspection tools, sampling techniques, and documentation. - Good communication and coordination skills across departments. - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting formats. **Job Type**: Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund
