**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**: Coordinate and manage executives' schedules, ensuring timely appointments and meetings.
- **Communication Handling**: Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and phone calls.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- **Confidentiality Maintenance**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- **Office Management**: Oversee office supplies and ensure the workplace remains organized and efficient.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
