Opening for International BPO Voice Process (US Shift)

Shifts: Fixed Night

6.00pm to 3.00AM

7.00Pm to 4.00Am

8.00pm to 5.00Am Shift 5 days working and fixed Saturday Sunday Work off

Interview rounds: First Round Telephonic Screening round (HR)

Second Round Skype round for (Operation)

11.This is a US Shift so Night Job. and No WFH.

Job Role:
1.Communicate with the International (US) customer in Spoken English

2.Provide updates on the status of the order. or any other inquiry. through voice process

3.Assist the customer with any issues they have with their orders, products, or services.

4.Answer any questions about the company's policies and procedures.

5.Carryout any additional task assigned by the Company
