We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Trainee. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience and kickstart their career in HR. The HR Trainee will support various HR functions and projects while learning about different aspects of human resources management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Assist with employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries and addressing minor issues or concerns.
- Support the performance management process by tracking employee evaluations and updating performance appraisal forms.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents and files.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Stay current on HR best practices, trends, and legal requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating events.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager or HR team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus but not required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
