  • End-to-end recruitment for Pharma / Manufacturing roles
  • Sourcing candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals)
  • Screening and shortlisting profiles based on job requirements
  • Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
  • Building strong pipelines
  • Staying updated on hiring trends and industry best practices

Preferred candidate profile

Exp:- 1-3yrs in Non IT Recruitment.

Note:- Saturday & sunday weekoff.

Location:-Madhapur.
