**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics for non-IT roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending offers.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the HR team and hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies during the hiring process.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in recruiting for non-IT roles (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, finance, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience recruiting for high-volume positions.
- Knowledge of employment market trends in various industries.
- Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
