**Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter**

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Screening and Interviewing**:

- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers**:

- Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that align with those needs.
- **Offer Management**:

- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms as necessary, and conduct reference checks.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and prepare recruitment metrics and reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or related HR roles.
- Strong understanding of various non-technical job functions and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with ATS is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
