**Position: International Sales Executive**

**Location: Pirangut, Pune**
**1)Lead Generation**
- Manage sales activities for industrial packaging products. **Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions. ** Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. **Conduct product demonstrations and training for clients. ** Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients. **Travel or connect to customer locations as required ** Maintain a Daily MIS report along with other weekly reports to track the Business activities. **Create proposals, quotations and visit client sites. ** Coordinate with internal teams. **Support successful order execution including payment realization.**
**2)Market Research**
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. **Monitor and analyses sales performance and prepare reports. ** Implement strategies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. **Prepare action plans and schedules to achieve specific targets Target Industries.**
**3)Customer Engagement**
Engage with customers to build relationships and gather feedback. **Concentrate on improving customer satisfaction. ** Gather competitor information, potential threats from competition and counter strategies to overcome them. **Maintaining good relationship with Key accounts.**
