**Export Executive**

It will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the company’s export operations. This includes handling documentation, logistics, customs clearance, international shipments, and customer communication to ensure the smooth export of goods to international markets. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of export regulations and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Export Documentation**: Prepare and process export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, export licenses, and other relevant paperwork.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other third-party service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- **Customs Compliance**: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements for each destination country, including correct tariff classifications and duties.
- **Customer Communication**: Maintain clear communication with international customers regarding order status, shipment tracking, and any delays or issues that may arise.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage stock levels for export orders, liaising with the warehouse and production teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- **Invoice and Payment Management**: Ensure that all export invoices are issued promptly, and payments are collected as per the agreed terms with customers.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with global trade trends, tariffs, shipping regulations, and potential international markets to help the company expand its export business.
- **Problem Resolution**: Resolve any issues or challenges related to logistics, customer complaints, or product quality quickly and efficiently.
- **Sales Support**: Provide support to the international sales team by coordinating sales orders, managing product samples, and assisting in the negotiation of export contracts.
- **Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all export transactions, correspondence, and shipping documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**: Ensure the company adheres to all export control laws and international regulations to mitigate risks and avoid penalties.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in export or international trade. Prior experience in export documentation and logistics is a plus.
