**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage export orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements.
- Communicate with customers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to arrange transportation, shipping documentation, and customs clearance for export shipments.
- Prepare and process export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export licenses.
- Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and coordinate production schedules to meet export orders and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor and track the status of export shipments, providing timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export orders, shipping logistics, or customs clearance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions, shipping documents, and compliance documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in export regulations, trade agreements, and import/export compliance standards to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in international business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export operations, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of export procedures, documentation, and logistics.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations, including INCOTERMS, customs procedures, export controls, and sanctions compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams across different cultures and time zones.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus, particularly those commonly used in international trade.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
